Refund policy

SECTION 6.1 - REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

 

  • Order Cancellation: An order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped.

  • Product Returns: Customers can request a return for their purchased orders within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged and/or untuned.

    • To initiate a return for a damaged or untuned product, customers must send a video of the issue via WhatsApp to +917567541842 or by email to surajflutes@gmail.com.

  • Customized Products: Customized products cannot be returned as they cannot be resold to other customers.

  • International Orders: Orders from outside India cannot be returned or refunded due to high shipping and insurance costs.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds for canceled orders will take 6-8 working days to be reflected in your bank account after the refund has been initiated.

    • Refunds for returned orders will take 6-8 working days to be reflected in your bank account after we have received and inspected the returned product.
